Hudson House, 2015
"Interventions II," organized by Isidro Blasco
acrylic on brick wall
Hudson, New York
Echoing the presence of an exterior structural metal washer, I paint three red orange diamonds on the white washed brick wall of an 1850’s house in Hudson, New York. The diamonds function within the language of geometric abstract painting, while simultaneously appealing to a broader audience through the warm color and unexpected location. Thirteen other artists transform the interior spaces of the house with paint, light, sound, and power tools.
